Started in 2005 by Bridget Lorenz Lemberg, Forensic Fluids Laboratories specializes in Saliva drug testing. Bridget is a Forensic Toxicologist with 19 years experience in Toxicology. She has testified in court, since that time, concerning drug and alcohol levels in urine, blood, serum, saliva, and other matrixes.

She first worked with the central crime lab at the Kentucky State Police running blood, serum, urine, viterous humour, and other samples. She then went to work at the South Bend Medical Foundation, a SAMHSA laboratory, testing mainly urine samples. In 2001 she went to work for one of the first saliva drug testing labs, developing LC/MS/MS methods for saliva. She was very glad to never have to test another urine sample!

Since then she has developed an extensive drug list on the LC/MS/MS. Forensic Fluids Laboratories can identify and measure more than 100 different drugs, because of our Waters Quatro Micro LC/MS/MS, which is the most sensitive instrument available. Other labs use a single MS. This MS/MS gives us the ability to identify more drugs and at lower levels, than any other lab (our lowest level of detection is 0.5 ng/mL, or one-half parts per billion).
